I’m a professional in education with leadership experience in academic management, teacher development, and curricular design. I coordinate academic processes and continuously improve teaching through follow-up, feedback, and practical support.

As Coordinadora Académica de Inglés, I lead a team of 14 teachers, handling recruitment, interviews, hiring, and ongoing formation. I design and implement academic improvement strategies, regularization and intervention programs, and institutional projects that engage both students and families.

I specialize in educational technology and Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a la educación, integrating AI tools to strengthen learning experiences and support innovative pedagogical strategies. I also create digital resources, including educational materials, interactive presentations, videos, and multimedia resources for teachers, students, and families.

Alongside my coordination role, I’ve worked as a freelance Diseñadora Curricular y de Contenido Educativo, developing digital learning activities for primary-level Math and Spanish, designing assessments, and building sequences and learning experiences supported by technology. I’m committed to inclusive education, intercultural communication, and continuous evaluation to drive meaningful learning outcomes.
