I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can use my BPO problem-solving to improve satisfaction, while applying my travel and guest service training to deliver safe, professional experiences and steady growth.

I bring over one year of experience in BPO customer service, where I efficiently resolve client issues and strengthen customer relationships. At Concentrix, I focus on quick, effective solutions that improve satisfaction while staying calm under pressure. I’m known for strong problem-solving and for turning challenges into positive customer outcomes.

I also developed a solid travel-and-tourism foundation through my technical training as a Travel and Tourism Agent.
