I am a multilingual service desk agent with extensive experience in providing IT support in French and Microsoft Office 365. I excel in customer-facing roles and have a strong problem-solving ability. Currently, I am seeking a dynamic work position that allows me to leverage my linguistic skills.

In my previous role as a service desk agent at Atos Canarias, S.L., I provided technical support and remote assistance to clients. I ensured prompt resolution of IT issues and maintained a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, I have experience as a waiter at Bar Playa Casa África S.L., where I served customers at the bar and table and organized the dining area.

Furthermore, I worked as a tour guide at Tenerife Tickets y Excursiones, where I accompanied tourists on bus excursions around the island of Tenerife. I conducted tours in Italian, Spanish, English, French, and German, showcasing my language proficiency. I am a licensed driver with my own vehicle and have full availability for excursions with prior notice.

Prior to that, I worked as a flight attendant at Ryanair.Ltd., based at airports in Charleroi (BE), Thessaloniki (GR), Pisa, and Bologna (IT). This role allowed me to provide excellent customer service and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.
