In my recent roles at UnitedHealth Group, I’ve provided end-to-end people partnership for large health care operations teams, leading proactive conversations with executive and senior leaders on talent strategy—executing reorganizations, lateral and promotional moves, succession planning and development, and reskilling and upskilling key functions. I’ve also built culture through complex employee relations and ongoing culture efforts, and at Playco Global I created and launched the inaugural performance feedback cycle, achieving a 92% participation rate with 500+ self and peer forms and a playbook for future cycles.
