What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can be a reliable first point of contact, coordinate schedules and crews, and solve customer needs fast. I want a role that values accuracy, communication, and keeping projects on track.

I’m a customer service and dispatch professional known for clear communication, attention to detail, and keeping work moving. I serve as the first point of contact while coordinating people, materials, and timelines to meet expectations.

In recent roles, I’ve handled customer inquiries and concerns across phone, email, and in person, while dispatching service calls for installations and repairs. I prepare weekly schedules for job assignments, pull city and county permits, monitor schedules for estimators, manage inventory control and ordering, and ensure deliveries are accurate and on time.

I also bring strong administrative and coordination skills from supporting construction operations. I’ve created invoices and collected payments, followed up to ensure customer satisfaction, prepared proposals and bids, and worked with design software to account for inventory and deliverables.

Across my experience, I’ve supported contractors and crews by scheduling installations and removals, arranging for plans and materials to be on site, and maintaining organized file systems. I’m comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, CAD systems, GPS, and radio communication to execute with reliability.
