At MemberFix, I lead operations for a remote WordPress agency managing revenue-critical membership and eLearning platforms. I turn ambiguous delivery challenges into scalable operating systems across staffing, accountability, delivery, and recurring revenue.

I built an automated RAG Client Health System in n8n that combines SLA misses, work in progress, backlog, and account-risk signals into a daily operational view. I also developed capacity and staffing models, role definitions, scorecards, KPIs, and internal tooling that reduce manual work and reliance on individual knowledge.

Previously, I designed client-health, QBR, scope-review, and de-escalation mechanisms that connected delivery performance with retention and expansion. I led discovery and validation for an AI-assisted support solution that a client reported reduced inbound emails by 60–70% and achieved 80–90% answer accuracy.
