What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations Manager who thrives on owning complex, moving parts—product launches, customer operations, and the workflows that keep a growing team functional. I helped scale a DTC brand from 1 to 7 products and from 40K to 80K customers, while cutting refund rates from 8.5% to 5.2% through proactive customer education, onboarding redesign, and feedback loops.
In my central ops role, I launched 7 products end-to-end in the Norwegian market, coordinating the full cycle from manufacturer negotiation and freight coordination to Shopify build, Klaviyo onboarding flows, Norwegian copywriting, compliance, and post-launch optimization.
