At Raising Cane’s, I help establish South Florida market entry, lead onsite teams and vendors, and support the opening of multiple new restaurants. I also partner with local community officials on food truck events and food festivals.
I've built my foodservice leadership career at Chipotle, progressing from Crew Member to General Manager. I manage daily operations, hiring, training, labor, sales forecasting, inventory, P&L, food safety, marketing programs, and guest experience while developing teams and improving restaurant performance.
