At Sycle, I built and deployed agent-based design pipelines for requirements gathering, competitive research, and rapid prototyping, helping improve engineering clarity for over 5K audiology clinics. I also led the design and phased AI integration of Appointment Outcome Notes, which reached 42% adoption in its first month.
