What I'm looking for
I’m a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in youth services, case management, and healthcare administration. I build rapport with diverse youth populations, create safe and supportive environments, and coordinate services to meet both immediate and long-term needs through empathetic, client-centered care.
As a Youth Support specialist with new avenues for youth (April 2025–present), I complete intake and exit program paperwork and supervise up to 12 youth at the center. I make mandatory reports to appropriate partners, take youth on recreational activities, and manage and administer medications.
Previously, I supported youth through case management with new avenues for youth (November 2024–February 2025), helping create a safe space while coordinating meals for over 25 youth and assisting with basic life skills. Earlier, as a Benefit verification specialist with zoom+care p.c. (June 2016–2020), I verified patient information, validated insurance coverage, contacted insurance companies for benefits, handled prior authorization requirements, and supported help desk, scheduling, and front-line billing when needed—bringing accuracy and efficiency to every step.
