At WK solutions, I work one-on-one with homeowners to understand their needs and share information about home improvement solutions, including LeafGuard gutter protection systems.

I set appointments with qualified homeowners and follow up with them. I started as an Entry level Assistant manager and advanced to Team Leader.

I train and teach team members in communication, sales, and leadership, and help create a positive team environment.

Previously, I supported customers and restaurant operations as a Server assistant at Halls Chophouse. At Gabes, I handled merchandising and inventory, maintained sales-floor displays, and trained new employees.
