I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can deliver friendly service, apply my sales and support skills, and grow with a supportive team that values professionalism and fast problem-solving.

I’m a customer-facing professional with experience across retail sales, hospitality operations, and call-center support. I enjoy actively helping customers, learning products quickly, and keeping service smooth and professional.

In my Sales Associate role at The Home Depot, I provided friendly, fast service by assessing customer needs and offering assistance. I used strong product knowledge to support department and related items, introduced promotions and new products, and handled cash register payments and credit card processing while resolving customer complaints promptly.

As an Assistant Manager at La Chateau Pier, I followed standard and federal/state/local regulations to ensure guests are of proper age to consume alcohol. I welcomed and acknowledged guests, anticipated and addressed service needs, maintained a clean and professional appearance, and supported the team to reach stated/budget goals.

Earlier, I worked as a Call Center Representative at Sigwick, documenting calls, resolving issues, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
