What I'm looking for
I’m a Marketing Operations professional with 15+ years building and running the systems behind growth and retention for B2B and B2C service brands. I focus on CRM organization and data hygiene, lifecycle and email automation, funnel architecture, and audience segmentation.
As the Founder & Marketing Operations Consultant for La Jungla Lab, I build and automate end-to-end funnels (landing pages, forms, email nurture, lifecycle workflows) across multi-brand client accounts. I protect deliverability with suppression and re-engagement rules while keeping CRM data clean through deduplication, field standardization, list governance, and form governance.
I’ve also designed AI-assisted content and email systems (Claude, ChatGPT) that streamline production and help clients maintain consistent output—cutting production bottlenecks to about 8 hours per week. I apply HubSpot CRM logic end-to-end, including audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, and troubleshooting reporting root causes.
Earlier, I led digital PR and campaign operations at Yves Rocher Chile, coordinating creators, media, and specialist partners while managing affiliates and attribution. I also founded and ran my own multi-channel fashion brand for 12 years, growing a 2,500+ customer database and scaling ecommerce to sales parity with physical retail.
