Previously, I led market research and analytics across a five-country LATAM cluster, using Marketing Mix Modeling to optimize media spend and contribute to a 17% sales increase.

At TUL, I built the analytics and insights function from scratch for a VC-backed B2B e-commerce startup operating across Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. I introduced A/B testing, Mixpanel behavioral analytics, RFM customer segmentation, automated dashboards, and data pipelines to improve acquisition, onboarding, and campaign performance.

I've built n8n multi-agent systems using Claude Code, Claude API, and OpenAI API for customer lifecycle campaigns, marketing research, and personalized workflows. My recent projects include a RAG system for 20,000+ research documents, AI survey automation, an AI-powered open-end coding product, and a natural-language SPSS interface.
