I've created API references, webhook integration guides, and developer onboarding content for REST APIs, including healthcare, payment, shipment tracking, and note-taking products.

At TransPerfect, I managed end-to-end life sciences translation and localisation projects using HIPAA-compliant workflows. I partnered with localisation engineering to design and document an HTML localisation workflow supporting more than 50 languages, then trained project managers to use it.

My work combines developer-facing documentation with practical localisation operations, from API guides and changelogs to quality standards, root-cause analysis, budgets, and multi-vendor delivery. I consistently exceeded profitability targets by an average of 400%.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish, with a Master's in Localisation and Technical Communication. I work with REST APIs, Postman, HTML, XML, GitBook, and localisation toolchains to make complex technical information accurate and usable.
