I’m looking for a role where I can own EN→ES localisation end-to-end—linguistic QA, tone/terminology, and MT post-editing—while partnering with Product/Marketing and using performance insights to improve customer-facing content.

I’m a Spanish Localisation Specialist with 10+ years’ experience delivering EN→ES localisation across websites, digital content, and customer-facing communications. I’m known for owning linguistic QA and maintaining terminology consistency, so releases feel natural, accurate, and on-brand.

In my recent in-house roles at Smiffys and Ford Pro, I led localisation for newsletters, product descriptions, and catalogue content—translating, proofreading, and adapting tone for real customer audiences. At Smiffys, I managed 450 customer accounts and used website performance insights to improve content effectiveness and support conversion.

Now at Ford Pro, I act as the main point of contact for Spanish-language customer work and lead customer business reviews to support growth and account health. I bridge customers and the Product team, and I review Spanish-language updates to catch high-risk mistranslations pre-release while supporting MT/post-editing workflows.

I bring a data-driven, quality-first mindset to every project—stewarding tone of voice, ensuring clarity and consistency, and making copy locally relevant. I also support localisation quality by proofreading monthly GTM content and have a strong editorial workflow background across translation, localisation, and subtitling.
