I am a NOC analyst and system administrator with TS/SCI clearance and hands-on experience supporting classified and unclassified networks. I managed Active Directory for 1.9k user accounts and maintained 1.2k security groups while supporting thousands of devices and servers.

I have operational experience in vulnerability patching (ACAS, STIGs, TCNOs), Windows Server administration (2008 R2–2022), Hyper-V/VMware, and M365 support. I delivered mission-critical software deployments across 1.8k workstations and 150 servers and served as an equipment custodian for high-value network assets.

In NOC and service-desk roles I monitored 24x7 environments, triaged incidents, coordinated remediation across technical teams, and automated processes to improve customer service and reliability. I completed on-the-job training faster than average and supported a major Microsoft TAP initiative.

I hold CompTIA Security+ and bring strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills. I focus on secure, efficient operations and continuous improvement to reduce downtime and strengthen cybersecurity posture.
