What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on role where I can manage operations, build customer relationships, lead and develop people, solve problems, and contribute to measurable team performance.

At LivJaxDan, I manage custom merchandise production from embroidery and digitizing through fulfillment, delivery, and customer communication. I translate customer needs into production requirements, recommend branded apparel and promotional products, and guide orders through completion.

I've also helped coach Eckerd College baseball as the program improved from a 10–36 season to 32–16 in two years. I support practice planning, player development, game preparation, performance feedback, and day-to-day team operations while helping athletes build accountability and continuously improve.

Through coaching at Courthouse Performance Center and supporting marketing and sales at Breakout Baseball, I create structured development experiences, build trusted relationships with athletes and families, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
