I’m a customer-focused professional with hands-on experience across customer service, sales operations, financial administration, and data management. I’m known for clear communication and strong problem-solving under pressure.

In my customer-facing and revenue-focused roles, I’ve handled cash and card/account transactions while maintaining full financial accountability. I serve as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving complaints and service issues on the spot to protect satisfaction and repeat business.

I also bring operational rigor through reporting and digital recordkeeping. I tracked performance, prepared weekly and monthly reports, and used MS Excel to process and compute payment data while keeping records accurate and organized.

Beyond customer service, I’ve supported safety and care responsibilities—acting as a frontline HSE point of contact/first aider for incident reporting and compliance questions, and providing direct, empathetic patient support as a nursing assistant. I now want to bring this cross-functional mindset to a remote Customer Service Representative role with a US-based company.
