Collin O'Grady

At the San Jose Sharks, I build partnership packages, activations, and client-facing materials that have contributed to $6.75M in new business since 2024.

I lead external content strategy for a repository serving more than 100 enterprise partners and prospects, including SAP, Coca-Cola, and Kaiser Permanente. I also deliver 3–5 data-driven prospective partner briefs each week to Sales Leadership.

Previously, at the Spokane Chiefs Hockey Club, I managed relationships with 60+ sponsors and media partners while supporting sponsorship sales, game-day activations, proof-of-performance reporting, and renewals. Our partnership department surpassed budget targets of $950K in 2022–23 and $1M in 2023–24.

I enjoy creating meaningful partner experiences, from hospitality and community programs to promotions and sponsorship activations. I also bring experience supervising interns and collaborating across marketing, business intelligence, ticketing, digital media, and nonprofit teams.
