At Liberty Mutual, I investigate property losses, determine coverage, inspect damage, prepare repair appraisals, and coordinate payments and vendor services for policyholders.

I've also managed bodily injury and complex personal auto claims, evaluating liability, damages, reserves, and settlements while identifying suspicious losses and referring potential fraud to SIU. I communicate with policyholders, witnesses, attorneys, agents, and claimants to move files efficiently toward resolution.

Earlier, I supported flood insurance agents, lenders, and customers at Ameritac, and managed sales teams, hiring, payroll, training, records, and investigations at Sterling Jewelers.
