I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my customer service skills while providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

I am a dedicated customer support agent with a passion for helping others and a strong background in multilingual communication. My experience at GOAT Interactive has equipped me with the skills to effectively respond to customer inquiries in both French and English, utilizing platforms like Salesforce to ensure customer satisfaction.

During my time at GOAT Interactive, I have successfully managed player accounts, educated customers about our betting markets, and resolved payment issues with the help of Freshdesk. My commitment to providing accurate information and following up on escalated issues has allowed me to consistently exceed customer expectations.

Prior to my role in customer support, I completed an academic internship in finance, where I assisted with banking reconciliations and accounts payable duties.
