I'm looking for a role where I can manage accounts receivable, collections, customer operations, and high-volume workflows, contribute to process improvements, and work US Eastern Time business hours.

At Maxum Drywall, I owned Accounts Receivable and collections across up to 18 concurrent construction projects, following up on overdue balances and coordinating timely payment resolution.
