I am a goal-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager with experience leading AR and customer service teams across Italy and South Europe markets, focused on Invoice to Cash, credit management and dispute resolution. At Adidas I manage Invoice to Cash and Credit Management processes, reporting, audits and customer negotiations to ensure timely collections and operational efficiency.

Previously I led customer service teams at Sitel in Porto, where I supervised, trained and coached agents, managed multilingual client communications in Portuguese, English and Italian, and applied data analysis to mitigate risks and inform decisions. I also worked as a laboratory technician performing material and data analysis in a geology context.

I bring strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and a background in geology (Master and Bachelor degrees). I am passionate about learning, sharing knowledge and driving team success through problem solving and clear processes.
