I've supported HR technology delivery for AXA GO through Aubay, helping implement a Talent Acquisition solution across entities in the UK, Hong Kong, and Germany. I contributed from testing and data migration through go-live and post-go-live support.

I manage ServiceNow tickets, develop iCIMS how-to guides, lead weekly status calls, and work with Product Owners on service catalogues and operational procedures. I also build dashboards and reports to track project progress.

At Airbus, I ensured HR data delivery across 170 subsidiaries and monitored interfaces between Workday and SAP HCM. I resolved interface errors, supported local HR contacts, managed employee mobility processes, and maintained data quality through reporting.

I've also supported SAP SuccessFactors implementations at PwC, working with European clients across Employee Central, Learning Management, and Performance & Goal Management.
