I’m a HR professional with experience in HR operations, SAP SuccessFactors administration, reporting, and HR analytics within a global environment. I bring a strong interest in HR systems, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

In my current role as HR Analyst, I support decision-making through HR reporting and data analysis, including annual compensation and bonus review processes. I also coordinate performance appraisal and goal setting cycles, handling process follow-up, reporting, employee communication, and system updates in SAP SF.

I manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors administration, including LinkedIn employee data management, organizational structures, permissions, and mass data updates. I also contribute to global employee data management and HR category databases, along with global benefits administration and compliance monitoring.

To make insights actionable, I developed Power BI dashboards and reports to support cost analysis and decision-making. I’m motivated to keep improving HR processes—whether through onboarding coordination, organizational design activities, or participating in HR-related projects.
