What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead bilingual training and reporting, manage complex disability claims, improve processes, and partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

I’m a bilingual workforce absence and claims professional with experience across training, task assignment, conflict resolution, and routine reporting. I help keep operations running smoothly by supporting development of processes and procedures and resolving office issues.

From July 2020 to October 2022, I served as a Bilingual Senior Claims Representative, providing disability case management and claim determinations based on complex medical documentation and disability plan interpretation. I managed medically disability claims, coordinated investigative efforts, reviewed contested claims, and negotiated return to work with or without job accommodations.

Since October 2022, as a Bilingual Workforce Absence Team coordinator at Sedgwick CMS (Remote), I’ve been responsible for training, assigning tasks, motivating employees, and reporting to the appropriate personnel. I compile and offer routine reports on program operations to program management and clients, support new hire interviews, and handle routine operations to deliver strong client service.
