At Patrianna, I built data pipelines that brought gamification features from microservices into a unified reporting layer in GCP and BigQuery. I also improved the data streaming services feeding Bloomreach, including work that cut BigQuery shuffle by about 10x in one case.

As Commercial Analyst at Patrianna, I redesigned the daily login bonus system after analysis showed the bonuses were being abused. The redesign included an AI-assisted customer segmentation model in BigQuery, and bonus costs fell from 32% to 21%.

At JOI Gaming Ltd, I managed and mentored two BI professionals and built more than 50 production ETL pipelines and 60 executive dashboards. I also designed AML, fraud and responsible gaming monitoring systems, and generated €9.5M in deposits and €1.5M GGR through customer reactivation analytics.

At United Remote, I built the Business Intelligence platform from the ground up and integrated it with core operational systems using Python, MySQL and Power BI. I also developed RFM segmentation models, automated financial reconciliation systems and prototype game recommendation models.
