I’m looking to lead enterprise procurement and operations transformation—standardising processes, using process mining and AI/automation, and building continuous-improvement cultures that deliver measurable efficiency and service gains.

I’m a senior operations and transformation leader with 8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise services, technology, and logistics. I bring a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt mindset to process transformation—helping organisations cut cost, improve service levels, and future-proof how they work.

In my current role as Senior Manager — Procurement Operational Excellence at Schneider Electric, I lead enterprise-scale procurement operational excellence across global supply-chain functions. I standardise SOPs, build quality dashboards, and partner with senior leadership to integrate process-mining and automation tools into improvement programs.

Previously at Paychex India, I drove enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma transformation across global customer-support and back-office operations, collaborating directly with US-based C-suite leaders. I led AI tool-adoption initiatives, conceptualised a Business Process Management System (BPMS) for workflow visibility, and used KPI frameworks to create clear line-of-sight to business outcomes.

Earlier at Swiggy Instamart, I owned end-to-end process design for new product launches and closed process gaps in last-mile grocery-delivery operations. I recruit, train, and mentor teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, translating escalations into root-cause-driven improvements—then I carry that same continuous-improvement culture forward with clarity and data.
