As a Machine Learning Engineer at Bfree Africa, I lead the development of AI-powered communication channels, enhancing customer engagement and debt recovery. I built a chatbot for personalized debt repayment and am currently developing a voice-based callbot tailored for African accents, while also optimizing call center performance through AI/ML workflows.

In my role as Software Engineer at App Central Group, I designed Django REST APIs for various products, enhancing customer satisfaction through improved interactions. I also developed machine learning strategies to integrate data-driven decision-making into business processes.

At App Central Group, I designed and implemented machine learning models for clients, including Nigeria's Apex Bank. I developed an MLOps platform for model management and created forecasting models, collaborating with teams to align projects with business goals.

As a Machine Learning Intern at Tagence AI, I developed an AI model for traffic management, contributing to urban planning. I also created signal processing tools to enhance audio output and researched advanced AI methods for speech enhancement.

During my internship at Hamoye, I built data visualization tools for complex datasets and developed machine learning models for classification, clustering, and regression tasks, contributing to data-driven insights and decision-making.

Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science program focused on the principles and practices of medical laboratory science, including laboratory techniques and diagnostics.
