I've delivered global PC releases for SEGA across Steam, Epic Games Store, and international distribution partners, supporting more than 40 shipped PC titles over a 10-year career.

At SEGA Europe, I owned global PC key distribution across Europe, America, and Japan, covering commercial, marketing, and promotional allocations. I led release operations from SKU architecture, depot configuration, regional packaging, pricing, and compliance through to launch execution and live operations.

I helped improve release reliability through self-publishing workflows, scalable SKU and key-management frameworks, and stronger grey-market detection and enforcement. During organisational transition and COVID-era disruption, I maintained delivery continuity and supported AAA and AA launches with zero critical operational failures.

I'm now building Budo Boost from the ground up, owning product development, sourcing, manufacturing, brand strategy, website, logistics, fulfilment, paid media, CRM, and customer experience. I enjoy translating strategy into practical systems that improve conversion, margins, delivery, and customer outcomes.
