Established an artist management arm and supported label releases for multiple artists. Launched Pastel’s career to 150k monthly listeners (50M+ streams to date) and booked 15kEUR+ shows in Asia and London.

Coordinated international teams for French priority projects and supported senior leadership with day-to-day operations, including translating artist biographies and press blurbs. Managed internal communications to keep projects running smoothly across stakeholders.

Co-organised 20+ music shows across France, booking acts including Bromance, Hamza, Kitsuné, Young Franco, Phazz, and Superpoze. Managed logistics for a 10k-person festival, including a 120kEUR budget, funding applications, and hiring 120 volunteers.

Supported the national plugging team with UK regional radio promotion for artists including Mura Masa, Caribou, This Is The Kit, salute, Royksopp, and others. Assisted with campaign coordination to support artist visibility.

Optimised operations to support rapid organisational growth, scaling headcount from 8 to 15 team members in 3 months. Designed SOPs and compliance frameworks and automated content production and performance monitoring using APIs, Python, and LLMs, delivering 200k+ USD/year equivalent in labour savings.

Delivered 15+ music releases generating 30M+ streams while maintaining key industry relationships and priority signings. Scoped commercial potential and coordinated cross-functional teams across A&R, creative, marketing, PR, and distribution.
