At Valtech, I managed vendor implementation, integration, and modernization programs from design through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, and external vendors. For Abeka, I led Valtech’s team on a $7M+ B2B and B2C commerce and MarTech transformation, coordinating cross-vendor dependencies and extensive UAT.
I established governance forums, RAID frameworks, and KPI dashboards, and created delivery templates and playbooks adopted across the practice. Earlier, at Macys.com, I managed a $2M+ program through production; at Redcats USA, I led a team of four project managers.
