Cleophas Wangechi

I am an ICT professional with over seven years of hands-on experience and currently serve as Chief IT Officer, leading IT infrastructure, systems administration, network configuration, and security initiatives. I manage hardware and software support, Active Directory and user access, monitor system performance, and oversee updates and safety checks to maintain reliable operations.

Earlier roles include constituency ICT clerk and IT officer, where I installed and configured Biometric Voter Registration kits, provided frontline technical support, and managed account and patching processes. I also develop web solutions using HTML, CSS, PHP and SQL, and apply project management and leadership skills to deliver scalable, secure IT solutions.
