My technical projects include configuring and deploying a virtualized pfSense firewall to segment network traffic and enforce access control lists. I also used Wireshark to analyze packets, troubleshoot latency, and identify unauthorized protocols.

Across Windows environments, I automated system administration tasks and user account audits with PowerShell. I also simulated a multi-tier service desk using Zendesk to manage incident lifecycles and prioritize tickets against simulated SLAs.

In fiber optic work, I re-spliced damaged strands using a fusion splicer and inspected fiber ends for contamination. My training includes Computer Systems & Information Technology and Fiber Optic Theory & Installation, and I hold an ETA Certified Fiber Optics Installer certification and A+.
