I've also supported trust and safety operations for Airbnb, investigating account takeovers, suspicious transactions, merchant abuse, and financial crime risk through CDD, identity verification, behavioural signals, and open-source research. I bring more than six years of experience in fraud investigations, quality auditing, root cause analysis, policy enforcement, and risk-based decision-making.
