I build workforce forecasting and compensation models that guide enterprise operations decisions.
What I'm looking for
At Sheetz, I build workforce planning and compensation analytics that give operations leaders clear answers on where and when to act. I architected a self-learning wage urgency model ranking stores and labor markets using internal workforce data alongside Census and Lightcast economics.
I develop forecasting, capacity, scenario, and turnover models in Python, Teradata SQL, and Databricks Lakehouse. My work includes enterprise turnover-goal methodology, rolling 13-week labor-market scoring across more than 200 stores, and adjustable model weights that can evolve with compensation strategy.
Before Sheetz, I directed quantitative analysis at Penn State's Population Research Institute, leading six international graduate analysts through large-scale data cleaning, validation, documentation, and archiving. I worked directly with principal investigators to prioritize requests and carry findings through to publication.
I also bring hands-on HR leadership from Chick-fil-A, where I managed talent development, employee engagement surveys, and the employee lifecycle. I translate incomplete, multi-source data into trustworthy models, executive dashboards, and decisions people can use.
