I am a diplomatic senior professional with twenty years' experience in the finance sector, focused on health claims operations, client networking, and strategic leadership. I bring a proven ability to deliver technical excellence and lead high-performance teams.

My core experience centers on claims processing—registering and vetting medical and non-motor claims, detecting fraud, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely settlements. I championed the migration from AIMS to the Footprint system and led staff through that change, defining user requirements and training users.

As a Team Leader and Change Manager I developed change management strategies, readiness assessments, communication and training plans, and measurement systems to track adoption and performance. I have also developed and managed ESG initiatives to align business practices with sustainable principles while ensuring transparency and compliance.

I build strong relationships with co-insurers, brokers, and stakeholders, prepare stakeholder and donor reporting, and communicate effectively in English and Kiswahili. I leverage Footprint and Microsoft Office tools to improve processes and am committed to continuous improvement, strategic partnerships, and high-quality delivery.
