I am a dynamic insurance claims loss analyst with over four years of expertise in business development, risk analysis, investigations, and precise report writing. My proven ability to conduct detailed risk assessments and deliver fair claims handling has allowed me to maintain strong client relationships. I am adept in leadership, training, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Currently, I serve as a Lead Loss Adjuster and Insurance Claims Investigator at Safety Surveyors Limited, where I have conducted over 100 loss adjustments and investigations. My role involves analyzing liability and providing timely, accurate reports to insurers while also training and mentoring new trainees. My previous experiences in business development and administration have further honed my skills in proposal writing and client engagement.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in volunteer work as a Deacon in Charge of Missions at Gracepoint Church, where I coordinate support for missionaries and spearhead mission strategy development. I am committed to continuous learning and currently pursuing a CPA and a Certificate in Data Analytics to enhance my skill set.
