I am a resourceful IT support and workspace engineer with over five years of experience in telecommunications and enterprise environments, skilled in Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune Autopilot, JAMF, Freshservice and endpoint lifecycle management. I have led device deployments, Active Directory migrations to Azure AD, and built asset dashboards to streamline tracking and reporting while providing L1 and L2 support for diverse environments including Windows, macOS, VDI and VPN solutions.
