At Stellantis Insurance, I’ve served as CFO since 2016, working across a multi-entity insurance group operating in Malta and Latin America. My work has involved IFRS 17, Solvency II, complex consolidations, and ongoing regulatory pressure.

I’ve seen how outdated systems and manual processes can limit finance teams’ time for strategic work. I focus on finance transformation and operating model design, aiming to make finance functions leaner, well-governed, and increasingly AI-enabled.

I’m interested in practical AI implementation in finance, alongside multi-entity reporting and regulatory frameworks. I’ve also built and led finance teams, and value the potential for better tools to support faster reporting and sharper forecasting.
