What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to lead academic or educational operations, strengthen compliance and workflows, coordinate cross-departmental programs, and support student, faculty, and institutional goals.

I've supported educational operations at East Stroudsburg University and Carnegie Museum of Natural History, coordinating academic programs, departmental workflows, compliance documentation, grants, and stakeholder communications. In my current role at the Schisler Museum & McMunn Planetarium, I manage daily operations, student-worker workflows, institutional records, and outreach logistics with academic departments, school districts, and community groups.

Across museum and higher education environments, I've maintained databases and digital communications, administered budgets and grant records, developed SOPs, and supported accreditation and site-review preparation. I bring an EdD in Leadership & Administration along with a practical, organized approach to improving processes that support faculty, students, and program goals.
