I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) medical scheduling and lab support professional with broad customer-service experience across healthcare and retail. I consistently apply empathy, active listening, and attention to detail to create positive experiences for patients, clinic staff, and colleagues.

At AdventHealth Medical Group I serve in the Network Access Center as a Scheduling Associate, resolving consumer inquiries, documenting interactions in EMR systems, and meeting department quality objectives. My role emphasizes adherence to workflows, clear communication, and delivering on patient expectations.

Previously I supported laboratory operations at Vista Clinical, processing and distributing specimens, preparing reagents and assisting technologists with routine and specialty assays. I also bring leadership experience from retail as a Lead Customer Service Associate and hands-on production work as a Molding Operator.

I hold technical training from Orange Technical College and an in-progress Medical Billing & Coding certification from SMC Academy.
