I’m an accomplished shift leader and registrar with 6+ years of experience in the healthcare and administrative industries, focused on compliance, data management, and process improvement. At Scenic Mountain Medical Center, I processed patient registrations with attention to operational policies, greeted guests with a personable approach, and verified key patient information such as Insurance, Medical History, and demographics for entry into the patient management system.
