I’m looking for a registration/customer service role where I can use my attention to detail, scheduling, and insurance/payment experience. I want a dependable team, clear communication, and opportunities to learn new challenges and grow.

I’m a dependable, accountable healthcare registration and reception professional with a strong focus on detail, reliability, and clear communication. I bring a hard, positive attitude—showing up on time, working as a team player, and taking on challenges when they come my way.

In my recent role as a Registration Representative (May 2024–February 2026), I greet patients, check them in/out for scheduled appointments, and verify patient information to keep charts accurate and up to date. I handle phone calls, document phone call encounters, and work messages from clinical staff to schedule appointments or relay provider information to patients.

I also manage the operational parts that keep visits running smoothly: verifying insurance is active and updated, collecting payments (copays, coins, deductibles, and self-pay), scheduling appointment preps, and sending referrals to the correct facility. I’ve supported audits and helped ensure higher-ups have the correct information for quarterly reports.

Before that, at the Eye Clinic of Fairbanks, I handled reception and scheduling, confirmed follow-ups needed after visits, and supported triage phone calls for eye injuries. I’ve also assisted with telehealth connection troubleshooting and helped patients reschedule when they miss or cancel—always aiming to deliver a calm, organized patient experience.
