I’m a compassionate medical professional who combines patient-facing coordination with direct clinical support. In my current Patient Service Representative role at Teche Action Clinic, I collect information before appointments, answer billing questions, schedule visits, check patients out, verify insurance, collect payments, and handle high-volume phone calls.
