I seek senior roles leading marine conservation and biodiversity programs that combine policy implementation, multi-stakeholder coordination, and measurable, funded outcomes.

I am a senior program and policy leader with extensive experience designing and delivering marine governance and biodiversity programs across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. I have translated international treaties and global biodiversity targets into funded, outcome-driven initiatives, managed strategic grant portfolios, and advised governments, NGOs, donors, and multilateral partners to advance marine protection, fisheries governance, and 30x30 goals.

I have led multi-million-dollar portfolios, including a $13M nature restoration program and a $1.1M EU-funded portfolio, delivered measurable conservation outcomes (protected areas, restored coastal ecosystems, improved surveillance), and built local capacity to ensure long-term sustainability. I combine technical policy expertise (High Seas Treaty, UNCLOS, Ramsar, UNESCO MAB) with program management certifications (PRINCE2, MSP) to achieve timely, accountable results.
