I’m looking for an executive CFO role where I can lead GAAP-compliant financial strategy, capital planning, and internal controls—partnering with CEOs and boards to strengthen governance and long-range sustainability in complex, mission-driven or international environments.

I’m a Chief Financial Officer with 30+ years of executive leadership across nonprofit, infrastructure, and multi-entity enterprises. I’m known for GAAP compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, and for strengthening internal controls while building executive-ready financial insight for growth and long-range sustainability.

Most recently, I served as Interim Chief Financial Officer (Consultant) for a capital-intensive infrastructure organization in a regulated international environment, leading enterprise financial planning, capital modeling, treasury architecture, and cross-border reporting—including revenue recognition and financial statement consolidation across international entities. Previously, as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at a global nonprofit, I directed multi-entity budgeting and multi-year planning, led external audits and regulatory compliance, implemented NetSuite OneWorld across distributed entities, and elevated governance for donor-restricted funds. As CFO for a mission-driven nonprofit startup, I’ve established financial governance and reporting architecture, built long-term sustainability and capital modeling frameworks, and advised the CEO and Board on strategic financial positioning and growth—grounded in ethical, scalable impact.
