What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a patient-facing or customer service role where I can provide compassionate support, manage front desk and scheduling tasks, maintain accurate records, and contribute in a fast-paced team environment.

I've supported patients at New Orleans East Hospital by assisting with daily living, monitoring vital signs, supporting admissions and discharges, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Previously, I served members at Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union, balancing cash, processing transactions, answering phones, and delivering exceptional customer service.
