I’m looking for an opportunity where I can continue learning, in the medical field or outside it, and do my best to make sure my work is done right.

At Optum Health United Health Care, I supported patients at the front desk by checking them in, answering calls and emails, and rescheduling appointments. I also entered medical codes for billing and used Excel to balance daily transactions.
